For orders within Europe please allow up to 5-8 working days (noted below) from day of purchase for your order to be with you. For orders outside of Europe please allow up to 10-12 working days from day of purchase for your order to be with you.

For orders within the UK please allow 3-5 working days (noted below) from day of purchase for your order to be with you.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer an exchange unless an item is damaged or defective. If you are hoping to swap size or style we recommend you return your original garment (following our returns guidelines below) and place a new order.

We only accept and refund returns which meet our 30 day returns criteria outlined in our full Returns and Refunds Policy, and which are in their original condition and packaging, including any tote bags. Please note the customer is responsible for covering any return postage fees. Once back with us, please allow 2-3 working days (as outlined below) for us to process your return and refund (please allow 24hours for your refund to return to your bank account).

If your garment arrives damaged or defective we can offer a full refund for this item or exchange it for one in the desired condition if still in stock.

We are in our Studio Tuesday - Friday and this will be when we will get back to any email or instagram queries and process any orders or refunds. Please allow us up to 2 of these working days for your order, return or message to be attended to.

We are big believers of pockets here at Naked Generation and so pretty much all of our dresses feature them! Depending on the style, our dresses are either fully lined, come with a matching slip, or are lined across the bust. They are all made with high quality cotton and organic dyes so as to ensure they are not sheer! For product specific details check out our individual garment descriptions.

As most of our dresses are relaxed and free-flowing, with simple buttons and tassel ties, they are perfect for carrying you through every season of pregnancy, from bump to babe!

We always say that loved clothes last! For our naturally dyed cotton block print pieces, we recommend washing them only when necessary and taking a very gentle approach…

COOL IRON ONLY

DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

These guidelines also apply to caring for our embroidered and Kantha garments, although we would recommend only a COOL IRON ON REVERSE AND AVOIDING EMBROIDERY AND PATCHWORK EMBELLISHMENTS.
